Monty L. Cain

Monty L. Cain began his personal injury practice with a desire to help victims injured in a comprehensive range of matters, including:  automobile/car accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, slip and fall or premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and workers' compensation. 

A native of Oklahoma, Mr. Cain attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his undergraduate degree.  Later he received his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award. 

Mr. Cain is active in his local community and involved in several professional law associations.  He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Alumni Association of Phi Delta Phi. 

Mr. Cain was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1995, and is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Oklahoma.  He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (1995) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (2005).  Mr. Cain has successfully handled several appeals to the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Oklahoma Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
